Commonly asked questions/concerns:

  • I am a beginner to yoga. What classes are best for me to start with?
    Please feel free to attend any of our yoga classes, as we offer props and assistance for all
    bodies. What class times and days best fit into your schedule? Go for those and we will help you
    with the rest. If you are up for an extra challenge, try the Vinyasa yoga classes, which are geared
    to more seasoned yoga practitioners.

  • What do I need to bring with me to class?
    All you need to bring is yourself! You are welcome to borrow our yoga mats (FREE of
    charge). If you have your own mat, please feel free to bring it along. Wear comfortable clothing.
    Most people are barefoot, providing better grip.

  • How long are the classes?
    All classes are 75 minutes, unless specified otherwise. Beach and beginner
    classes are 60 minutes. Kid's classes are 60 minutes.

  • Do you offer private yoga classes?
    Yes! This is a wonderful way to take your yoga practice to a deeper level, perhaps begin
    your practice, find answers to questions you may have, find the best way to bring yourself into
    and out of a pose, and more! Our yoga teachers are wonderful and create a loving, safe space for
